abstract = "This paper preliminarily studies the traffic flow under the influence of taxi apps. By stochastic user equilibrium(SUE), we establish multiclass, multi-criteria, multi-mode and multi-apps stochastic user equilibrium (MMMMSUE) model under fixed and elastic demand, together with equivalent variational inequalities (VIs). Then the existence and uniqueness of solutions are proved. We propose the algorithms by Method of successive average (MSA). By applying the model on the network, we analyze the traffic flow variation under the influence numerically.",
