Relative M0 - Stability in Terms of Two Measures for Nonlinear Differential Systems

This paper gives a new comparison principle by introducing the notion of upper quasi-monotone on decreasing, and investigates relative (h0, h, M0) -stability for two nonlinear differential systems by employing Lyapunov function and the comparison principle.
